CANCELATION POLICY

  • 100% refund for reservations canceled up to 2 weeks before boarding.
  • 50% refund for reservations canceled up to 1 week before boarding.
  • Meteorology: In case of bad weather - wind and waves - the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund of the amount paid or a change of date at the customer's option.
  • COVID clause: In case of entry and movement restrictions in the Balearic Islands, 100% refund of the reservation. In the event of restrictions in the country of residence or departure, the customer can rebook the reservation to another date within 18 months.
