Meteorology: In the event of bad weather – wind and waves – the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund of the amount paid or a change of date at the customer’s option.

COVID clause: In case of entry and movement restrictions in the Balearic Islands, 100% refund of the reservation. In the event of restrictions in the country of residence or departure, the customer can rebook the reservation to another date within 18 months.
